预售模式下服装产品双渠道供应链网络协同优化

Abstract: To effectively solve the overstock problem of apparel products,in consideration of customers'preferences for product availability and the strategies differentiation of supply chain in different stages,the 0-1 mixed integer dynamic programming model was constructed with the maximum profit in entire cycle by introducing presale mode.Under presale and non-presale modes,the decision variables,profits and related parameters'sensitivity of dual-channel supply chain at each stage were made comparative analysis with numerical examples.The results showed that the coordinated operation of dual-channel supply chain network based on presale mode effectively reduced the inventory amount and shortage amount of products simultaneously under certain circumstances.

摘要: 为有效解决服装产品的高库存积压问题,在考虑顾客对产品可得性偏好以及产品不同阶段供应链策略差异的基础上,引入网络预售模式,构建以整个周期盈利最大化为目标的0-1混合整数动态规划模型。通过数值算例对预售、非预售两种不同模式下的双渠道供应链各阶段决策变量、利润及相关参数灵敏度进行了比较分析。结果表明,在一定的环境下,基于预售模式的双渠道供应链网络协同运作不仅可有效降低库存量还可减少产品的缺货量。
