Abstract: To research the complex interaction between energy efficiency of machine tool and process parameters,an optimization method of NC milling parameters for energy efficiency based on Taguchi method and Response Surface Method (RSM) was proposed.To establish the function of energy efficiency,characteristics of energy consumption in a milling process were analyzed.After conducting an optimized experiment based on Taguchi Method,fitting equations of specific energy and processing time were founded based on RSM.Thus a multi-objective optimization model was established,which took NC milling parameters as the variables,high production efficiency and high energy efficiency in processing time as the optimization objectives.Multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the model,and the relationship between process paramcters and specific energy or processing time was analyzed through the experimental data and the results of the optimization.

摘要: 为研究机床能量效率与工艺参数耦合的复杂机理,提出一种基于田口法和响应面法的数控铣削工艺参数能效优化方法。分析加工过程中的能耗特性,建立了数控铣削加工能量效率函数。基于田口法规划优化实验,并基于响应面法建立工艺参数与比能和加工时间的回归方程,构建了以铣削加工工艺参数为变量、以高能效和高效率为优化目标的多目标优化模型。使用多目标粒子群优化算法对该模型进行求解,并通过实验数据和算法优化结果分析了加工过程中工艺参数与比能及加工时间的关联关系。
