Abstract: To support the traditional modeling method of internal organizational business processes effectively,a multi-view modeling approach for inter-organizational business processes based on Petri nets was proposed,which described the different aspects of inter-organizational business processes with bottom-up approach from three views of view,internal view,public view and collaboration view.Thus three different process models were obtained which included private processes,public processes and collaboration processes.To demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed method,the purchase process in supply chain was modeled,and the comparison with existed modeling method showed that the proposed could support the individual characteristics of inter-organizational business processes more effectively.

摘要： 为有效支持传统的组织内业务过程的建模方法,采用多视点的思想,秉承关注点分离的原则,使用Petri网,提出一种多视角的跨组织业务过程建模方法。该方法以自底向上的方式,从内部视角、公共视角和协作视角三种视角对跨组织业务过程的不同方面进行描述,得到私有过程、公共过程、协作过程三种不同的过程形态。使用该方法对供应链的购买过程进行了建模说明,与现有建模方法相比,说明该方法可有效支持跨组织业务过程的个性化特征。
