基于D-S理论的飞机装配尺寸链修配环选择评价方法

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of selecting fitting ring relied on experience in aircraft assembly process,a method of selecting fitting ring in aircraft assembly dimension chair based on D-S evidence theory was put forward.The main influence factors to assembly work were determined,and an evaluation index model for selecting fitting ring on this basis was established.The evaluation of fitting ring was given with a weighting method for uncertainty of evaluation indexes and the two levels D-S evidence theory,and the selection method of fitting ring were realized.An example of aircraft components assembly was provided to illustrate the validation of the proposed method.

摘要: 针对制造企业主要依据经验选择飞机装配修配环的问题,提出一种基于D-S理论的飞机装配尺寸链修配环选择方法。首先确定了影响修配工作的主要因素,据此建立了修配环选择的评价指标模型,通过加权处理评价指标属性值的不确定性和应用两级D-S理论进行修配环选择评估,实现了修配环的选择。以一个飞机实验组件为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。
