Abstract: To solve the problem of smooth connection between the edge and body of compressor blades in the following CNC manufacturing,a leading and trailing smooth connection modeling method was presented based on the measurement data from champed blades,which consisted of first matching considering point cloud and second matching considering tolerance zone between the two models.The CAD model of roll-forming blade leading and trailing smooth connection was constructed precisely by this method,which could also meet the need of following NC machining.The modeling experiments based on real measurement data were used to verify the precision and practicability of this method,and the result showed that the high accuracy smooth connection between the edge and body of compressor blades could be realized.

摘要: 针对压气机辊轧叶片前后缘头后续数控加工制造与叶身圆滑转接的要求,提出一种基于夹持态叶片缘头多测绘点的一次配准和制造公差约束的二次配准的辊轧叶片前后缘圆滑转接建模方法,该方法可以更精确地构建辊轧叶片前后缘头圆滑转接计算机辅助设计模型,满足后续数控加工的需求。进行基于实测数据的建模验证,结果表明所提方法可以实现辊轧叶片无余量叶身与缘头区域的高精度圆滑转接。
