基于模糊粗糙集的二维延伸性汽车产品保证成本数据挖掘

Abstract: Due to data mining was an effective measure of warranty cost control for large-scale manufacturing enterprises,a two-dimensional extended warranties cost data mining model based on fuzzy rough set was proposed to ensure the cost decision rule with two-dimensional extended warranties.The results of an illustrative example indicated that the model could reduce the attributes of inconsistent decision information system and mine the two-dimensional extended automotive warranties cost decision rules.The research could provide a guideline for automotive manufacturers cost management.In addition,the decision rules acquired by this data mining model would be an important theoretical reference for automotive research center to design two-dimensional extended warranties strategy based on usage rate.

摘要: 为了挖掘二维延伸性产品保证成本决策规则且鉴于数据挖掘是大规模制造企业产品保证成本控制的有效手段,基于模糊粗糙集理论,建立了二维延伸性汽车产品保证成本数据挖掘模型,挖掘二维延伸性汽车产品保证成本的不协调信息系统决策规则。研究结果显示,该模型可以对二维延伸性汽车产品保证成本不协调决策信息系统进行属性约简,并挖掘决策规则。该研究结论可以为汽车制造企业或汽车研究中心未来制定二维延伸性汽车产品保证成本控制策略及面向不同产品使用率人群的二维延伸性产品保证策略设计提供重要参考。
