Abstract: To solve the manufacturing problems of higher-order elliptic gears,the pitch curves of the higher-order elliptic gears and their transmission features were analyzed,and the judgment method for gear hobbing machining was established.Based on the hobbing strategy of four-axle linkage,the four-axle three-linkage hobbing model of spur gears and the four-axle four-linkage hobbing model of helical gears were built by using tools rack.Based on the virtual hobbing technology,four higher-order elliptic spur gears and helical gears with different parameters were processed virtually,which verified the correctness of above gear hobbing linkage model and hobbing machining condition.Three gears with typical parameters were hobbed practically on the platform of numerical control gear hobbing system,and the results were consistent with the conclusions of the virtual machining,which could provide a theory foundation to develop the manufacturing modular of higher-order elliptic gears in CNC System.

摘要： 为解决高阶椭圆齿轮的制造难题,分析高阶椭圆齿轮节曲线方程及其传动特征,建立高阶椭圆齿轮可滚齿加工判别方法。基于4轴联动滚齿策略,采用工具齿条法建立高阶椭圆直齿轮4轴3联动滚齿模型和高阶椭圆斜齿轮4轴4联动滚齿模型。基于虚拟制造技术,分别对4个不同参数的高阶椭圆直齿轮和高阶椭圆斜齿轮进行虚拟加工,验证了以上滚齿加工联动模型及可滚齿加工条件的正确性。采用滚齿数控平台对3个典型的高阶椭圆齿轮进行实际滚切,实验结果与虚拟滚齿加工一致,为高阶椭圆齿轮制造技术及滚齿数控系统高阶椭圆齿轮加工模块的研发提供了理论基础。
