Abstract: To standardize the complicate business process of Third-Party Logistic (TPL),the management pattern was researched from the perspective of information integration,and the corresponding management information system was developed.Based on analyzing the business characteristics of a large-scale TPL company,a management and execution model of TPL by integrating plan,execution and control was proposed,and a TPL management information system was developed.Some key technologies of TPL information system were broke,which included the whole common information and management standards,the projects/project items based standardized method of contract management,and the system integration method by linking enterprise human resource management,projects/project items management,system authorization management and employee performance management.The long-term stable operation of developed system was realized,and the obvious economic benefit was also obtained.

摘要： 为了规范复杂的第三方物流业务流程,从信息集成的角度研究其管理模式,并设计和开发相应的管理信息系统。在分析某大型第三方物流企业业务特点的基础上,建立了计划—运作—控制三线一体的第三方物流管理与运作模型,开发了第三方物流管理系统。研究突破了物流信息管理的系列关键技术:完备的基础信息和管理标准|基于项目和业务的合同管理规范化方法|链接企业人事管理、业务项目管理、系统权限管理、员工绩效管理的系统集成方法。研究开发的系统已经实现长期稳定的运行,并取得了明显的经济效益。
