Abstract: Aiming at the management difficulty problem of complicated and reverse process information in assembly process design of complex product,the process-based structural assembly process model was built by analyzing the business procedure of assembly process information,and a new design method based on process was also put forward.The implementation method of key technologies such as assembly process reuse based on examples,assembly process design based on templates,reverse process information control for assembly manufacturing and resource management for structural assembly were proposed.A software system was explored and applied to validate the feasibility of the proposed method.

摘要: 针对复杂产品装配工艺设计过程复杂和逆向工艺信息管理困难的问题,在分析复杂产品装配工艺信息业务流程的基础上,建立了基于流程的结构化装配工艺模型,提出一种基于流程的结构化装配工艺设计方法,给出了基于实例的装配工艺复用、基于模板的装配工艺设计、面向装配生产现场的逆向工艺信息控制、结构化装配资源管理等关键技术的实现方法。最后开发软件系统并进行了工程应用,验证了方法的可行性。
