摘要: 研究了产品开发阶段3种主要物料清单视图间的演绎关系,并在产品数据管理系统中进行了应用实现。物料清单视图演绎包括结构转换和属性映射两部分,给出了由设计物料清单到工艺物料清单进而到制造物料清单转换的主要流程,并将物料清单视图属性映射归纳为泛化、关联、聚合和导出4种形式。通过在产品数据管理系统TeamCenter Engineering软件中的应用实现,验证了在产品开发阶段物料清单视图演绎方法的可行性。该项研究为产品数据管理系统中的产品结构管理功能在企业中的应用提供了可行的途径。

Abstract: Three deductive relationships among three views of Bill of Material (BOM) in product development were addressed and the implementation of the BOM views application in a Product Data Management (PDM) system was presented. The deduction of BOM views consisted of two processes: the transformation of BOM view structures and the mapping of BOM view properties. Major transformation processes were provided from design BOM to process BOM to manufacture BOM. The BOM view property mapping was categorized into generalization, association, combination and derivation. The feasibility of the deduction approach was validated through application of TeamCenter Engineering of a business PDM system. The study has provided a feasible solution to implement the function of product configuration management with PDM in enterprises.
