摘要: 为解决供应链库存系统控制问题,提出了一种集合标志Petri网建模与分析方法。首先扩展集合标志及其属性来描述多品种实体群组或相应的信息。在语义上扩展了结构元素和操作运算与函数。结构和运行规则的扩展规定了如何构建模型和模型如何自执行。采用AutoMod完成了集合标志Petri网的动态执行与仿真分析。改进了一个3层次、4节点、一百多品种的供应链库存系统的时序机制设计,提出了考虑装配型特点的综合分类方法,并结合信息共享和响应机制的改进,用集合标志Petri网求得整体控制方案参数的满意解。结果显示,供应链库存系统的整体库存显著下降,周转明显加快,服务率进一步提高。

Abstract: To solve inventory control of supply chain, a kind of modeling & analyzing method on Set-token Petri Net (StokPN) was proposed. Firstly set-tokens and their attribute sets were defined to describe groups of different types of physical entities and their corresponding information, which flowed through the StokPN model. To describe the operations to those set-tokens and make the model compact and normative, semantic extensions were defined including two new types of structural elements and typical operations and functions. Structural and executive rules were specified to construct a model and regulate its self-execution. AutoMod was adopted as a tool to execute and simulate StokPN models. To the question of a three-tier-four-node-multi-item (n>100) supply chain inventory system, activity time sequence was redesigned, and a comprehensive classification method with regards to the characteristics of assembly type was provided. Together with sufficient information share and the fixed periodical-emergent hybrid ordering mechanism design, an improved integrated scheme was proposed. Satisfactory solution was obtained by StokPN modeling and analysis. The result showed that the inventory level of the whole chain was notably reduced, the cycling of the inventories was effectively accelerated, and the fulfillment rate was improved.
