摘要: 为了支持企业间的制造协同,参考网格的运行机制,提出了基于网格的跨企业协同制造平台。该平台包括制造资源管理系统、制造任务建模系统和制造任务管理系统等3个相关的系统和面向网格的协同工具。采用Agent及领域知识模型支持平台的资源管理、任务建模、资源调度、任务分配及制造过程管理等。分散的制造企业可以通过Internet,利用协同制造平台建立全球制造网络,实现对市场的快速和敏捷响应。

Abstract: To support collaborative manufacturing among enterprises and with reference to operation mechanism of grid, a grid-based collaborative manufacturing framework was proposed which consist of manufacturing resource management system, manufacturing job modeling system, and manufacturing task management system. The framework adopted Agent technology and correlative Domain Knowledge Model to support manufacturing resource management, manufacturing job modeling and distributing, manufacturing resource scheduling, and manufacturing process management. Based on the framework, enterprises scattered all over the world could establish a Global Manufacturing Network through Internet to improve the flexibility and agility of enterprises and response to market quickly.
