摘要: 为有效管理制造网格系统中分散的、异质的资源,提出了制造网格系统可靠性管理。首先,在分析制造网格系统的特点、优势及其体系的基础上,给出了制造网格系统可靠性的定义。根据资源对实时性的不同需求,研究了可靠性管理的层次模型,提出了对制造网格系统进行可靠性管理的解决方案:对不同层次的资源采取按层管理的策略,定义了相应的可靠性评价策略,并构建了制造网格系统资源的可靠性管理体系,研制了对制造网格系统进行可靠性管理的系统。运行实例表明,该系统能够有效管理制造网格系统内分散的、异质的资源,提高了制造网格系统的整体可靠性。

Abstract: As the grid application in manufacturing, the reliability of Manufacturing Grid (MG) is the fundamental assurance to provide effective services to user. To manage the dispersed and heterogeneous resources, the MG Reliability Management system (MGRM) was proposed. Based on the analysis of the MGs characteristics, advantages and architecture, the definition of the MG system reliability was presented. The hierarchical description of the resources in the MG system was given according to the different resource attributes of real-time concerned. Then, a reliability management solution was proposed: the reliability managing strategies were defined differently in the different hierarchies, and the system reliability evaluation based on the stratified weighted average means was expatiated according to the managing strategies.
