摘要: 分析了炼油生产计划和调度优化的问题,说明短期生产作业计划和调度优化问题的困难性 。对相关的优化方法进行了综述,指出虽然对于长期生产计划已有有效的工具,但缺乏生产作业计 划和调度的有效方法和工具。同时指出,由于问题的组合优化的本质和问题规模的巨大,现有的基 于数学规划的生产作业计划和调度方法在计算上是不可行的,无法在实际中应用,因此,“启发式+ 仿真+优化”的方法是今后的研究方向。

Abstract: The problems of production planning and short-term scheduling optimization in petroleum refining industry were discussed and difficulties in implementing production planning and short-term scheduling optimization were also illustrated. The existing techniques for planning and short-term scheduling of refinery industry were discussed. It was pointed out that although there were efficient tools for long-term production planning, there were no efficient techniques and tools for short-term scheduling. It was explained that the existing mathematic programming-based methods for short-term scheduling of refinery industry were computationally prohibited and would not be practical in applications due to the combinatorial nature and large scale of the problem. Thus, perhaps the future trend would be seeking for "heuristic + simulative + enumerative" techniques for the problem.
