摘要: 在认为企业业务的本质是流程性和重组性的前提下,提出了按照统一建模的技术方法,把 企业业务按照以事务性工作流模型为核心,进行组织模型、资源模型和相关数据模型的建模;给出 了一种面向“人机交互”的事务性工作流模型,并分析了该模型在事务处理和协调调度方面的能力 ;进一步讨论了在工作流模型的“运行”层面提高柔性的“推拉”模型技术及该模型的构成。在实 现技术方面,为了达到建模阶段对系统柔性的要求,分析了系统设计中面向对象方法的应用,并提 出在分布式对象计算的技术框架下采用多Agent技术设计工作流模型中的相关活动节点,可以进一步 增强系统的柔性。

Abstract: on the premise of considering basic characteristics of enterprise are the flowing and reengineering of business process, a unified modeling method was put forward for constructing data-centered information system. Based on the core process modeled as transactional workflow, the enterprise was also rendered by the combination of organization model, resources model and relevant data model. Among these models, a man-machine oriented transactional workflow model was provided and analyzed in detail on the aspects as the capability of transactional process and coordination. In order to add more flexibility to the operation model of workflow, a technique based on pull-push model, which contained three ties as Web client, workflow machine implemented on Petri Net and system-enabler was further discussed. As for implementation, the object-oriented method could be applied to design each model to satisfy requirements of system flexibility on the modeling phase. Furthermore, in the framework of distributed object computing technique, the multi-agent technique was employed to improve the flexibility of system.
