摘要: 为了实现覆盖件模具工艺的优化设计,将遗传算法引入覆盖件冲压方向的优化设计中,在 研究和总结冲压方向选择原则的基础上,以参考方向的转角为设计变量,以初始接触面积、接触点 的个数和分散均匀程度为目标函数,建立了冲压方向选择的优化模型,并在VC环境下实现了代码编 程。同时,对三维造型软件UG进行了二次开发,使优化程序与UG本身功能高度集成在一起,实现了 汽车覆盖件冲压方向的自动优化设计。通过对底板零件冲压方向的优化求解,其结果表明所开发的 优化模块能够提高覆盖件模具的工艺设计质量。

Abstract: The genetic algorithm was introduced to realize the direction optimization. Firstly, the selection principle was discussed and its optimization model was created using genetic algorithm, where the turn angle to reference direction was used as design parameter, the contact area and the number and dispersion of contact point were used to create object function. Secondly, the optimization program was developed in VC compiling environment and was integrated into UG by customize this modeling software. Finally, the optimization results demonstrate the developed module can improve the quality of process design for automobile die.
