Abstract: To promote efficient collaboration between value chain enterprises in the cloud environment,and to find a scientific,reasonable and highly satisfactory income distribution method,aiming at the characteristics of perfectly competitive markets,an efficient collaboration among the chain members through benefit compensation and Nash negotiation was achieved by considering the risk-sharing and benefit-sharing collaboration mode,and the benefit distribution problem was transformed into a cooperative game problem.On this basis,the entropy value method was used to determine the influence of benefit distribution index through the breakdown point of negotiation.A collaborative benefit distribution model based on an improved Nash negotiation was constructed,and the scientificity and validity of the proposed model were verified by numerical simulation.
