摘要: 为更好地获取以往的设计实例信息,实现设计数据和知识的共享,基于覆盖件冲压工艺设计的信息集成,研究了工艺设计的实例信息建模方法。在建立实例信息面向对象组成关系模型的基础上,提出“产品-特征-几何”的分层结构细化实例表达,并应用多类型属性信息描述具体实例信息,采用分级的实例索引策略;收集工艺设计的大量数据和实际经验,建立产品可能发生的缺陷问题与相应工艺机理、解决对策之间的联系,能有效地指出并帮助解决潜在的工艺设计问题;采用数据库技术,开发面向信息集成的覆盖件冲压工艺设计实例库的基本结构,并建立其管理系统,该系统可应用于工艺设计信息和制造资源集成。

Abstract: To share the design data and knowledge by utilizing existed design cases, based on the representation of object-oriented case information constitution relationship, ‘Product-Feature-Geometry’ structure was proposed in order to refine the case representation, multi-types properties were adopted to describe more detailed information, three hierarchies of index strategy were used to realize information extraction. Furthermore, experts knowledge and experience on previous design cases and forming problems were collected, which can provide designers useful practical experience and data to aid design procedure and solve the potential problems of automobile panel stamping. Database technology was applied to realize a prototype system of information integration-oriented case base, which can be used to integrate process design information and manufacture resources.
