摘要: 为了克服传统的产品报价系统存在的报价慢、缺乏科学依据、缺乏市场应变能力等缺点,文章开发了一个用户友好的、能自动完成桥式起重机方案设计和网上报价的系统。系统应用基于实例推理和规则推理技术快速完成产品的概要设计,并以此为基础,综合考虑生产、市场等因素,利用数据库和因特网技术实现桥式起重机的远程快速报价。文章还对实例推理的一些关键技术,如实例表达、相似实例检索及实例修改等进行了研究。

Abstract: To overcome the defaults of slowness, inaccuracy and impracticality of existing quote system, a quick quote system user for bridge crane based on Internet (QQSTC) was developed. The system could design the scheme of bridge crane automatically and quote based on Internet. Its users interface was friendly. The system was developed in Visual C++, ASP and JavaScript. The Case-based Reasoning (CBR) and Rule-Based Reasoning technologies were applied to the system to complete the conceptual design of bridge crane. Accordingly, considering the factors of production and market, the bridge crane was quoted based on database and Internet. In addition, some key techniques, such as the real case expression, similar case inquiry and real case modification, were introduced. QQSTC was successfully used in the Puqi Bridge Crane factory.
