面向3D打印平台的蒙皮加厚产品报价方法

Product quotation method with skin thickening oriented to 3D printing platform

摘要: 针对Shapeways 3D打印平台的机械空间算法在材料费用方面计算精度的不足,提出一种产品蒙皮加厚方法。该方法结合符号距离场与偏置法对产品进行蒙皮加厚,建立了一种更精确的材料费用计算模型。在考虑材料成本和制造成本的基础上,建立了一套面向3D打印平台的产品报价流程及方案。通过实例验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the inaccurate material quotation problem of Shapeways 3D printing caused by rough calculation on material volume with machine space algorithm,a skin thickening method was presented by combining signed distance field with offset method.Thus,a new material cost calculation model was constructed precisely with the thickening method.Based on considering of material cost and manufacturing process cost,a set of product quotation scheme was established for 3D printing platform.A quotation process was presented,and some cases were given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
