多设备租赁条件下基于服务质量评估的预防性维修策略优化

Service quality evaluation based preventive maintenance strategy optimization under conditions of multi-equipments leasing

摘要: 鉴于建筑施工机械设备的租赁服务中,维修服务质量直接影响施工单位(客户)的承租意愿和租赁商的利润,以客户期望和维修绩效为指标,提出维修服务质量评估方法,建立客户数量预测模型,优化设备的预防性维修策略,并采用一维取整一维实数的微粒群算法进行求解。数值实验结果表明,较现有策略,优化后的预防性维修策略下的租赁商利润有显著提高。

Abstract: For construction machinery leasing service,both the construction organization(tenants)'s leasing intention and the leaser's profit were affected directly by maintenance service quality.For this problem,the tenant's expectation and leaser's maintenance performance were selected as indicators to propose the maintenance service quality evaluation,establish prediction model for tenant number,and optimize preventive maintenance strategy.Further,a two-dimension particle swarm optimization algorithm was used for solving the above mentioned problem,in which one rounded dimension and one real number dimension were involved.Experimental results revealed that leaser's profit could be increased obviously with the optimized strategy.
