摘要: 为了实现制造资源的远程共享和客户化定制,建立了基于Internet的远程设备服务网。提出一种构建基于Internet的远程设备服务网的技术方案和体系结构,并重点分析了实施这一系统的关键使能技术,包括基于Multi-Agent的设备供应商选择、基于Internet的电子商务策略、远程故障诊断与维修向导以及设备服务中心的管理等。开发了相应的原型系统,可为入网企业客户提供以下服务:为企业客户寻找最合适的服务商来承接设备制造和服 务;通过远程设备服务网的服务中心为企业客户提供评价机制,帮助企业客户决策;为企业客户提供技术咨询与培训、设备故障诊断与维修,以及备品供应等。

Abstract: To realize remote manufacturing-equipment resources sharing and its customization, an Internet-based remote equipment service network was built. The technical solution and architecture of building the network were put forward. The applied key enabling technologies were elaborated, including multi-agent technology for choosing equipment providers, E-Commerce technology based on Internet, remote diagnosis and repair navigation technology, and management technology of equipment service center. Furthermore, the prototype system was developed, which could provide a series of services for customers as follows: helping search for the appropriate equipments providers; providing evaluation mechanism and helping make decision with the service center; providing technology consultation and training; and providing equipment diagnosis, repair and spare parts supplying.
