成组生产方式下生产调度和设备维护的多目标联合决策问题

摘要: 针对成组生产方式下单机系统对生产调度和设备预防性维护的迫切关注,提出一种集成优化模型,以满足成组生产方式下的零件加工和设备维护需求。该集成优化模型除考虑加工同种零件、同零件族的不同种零件以及不同零件族应具备的学习遗忘效应外,还提出一类考虑设备运行的劣化效应,对设备采取完美维护方式的预防性维护,当突发故障发生时采取小修方式。为了满足生产调度和设备预防性维护的双重需求,该集成优化模型以最小化总完工时间和维修成本为多目标,并利用遗传算法对模型进行求解。通过算例分析表明了该集成优化模型的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the urgent attention of single machine system on production scheduling and facility preventive maintenance in group production,an integrated optimization model was proposed to meet the requirements of product processing and equipment maintenance.In this model,the learning and forgetting effect on producing identical or similar parts was considered,and the deterioration effect by considering facility operation was proposed to perform the perfect preventive maintenance.When the machine failed due to unexpected accident,minimal repair was performed.To meet dual requirements of production scheduling and equipment preventive maintenance,the multiple objectives of this model such as minimum makespan and maintenance costs were proposed,and a genetic algorithm was developed to solve this model.The results of example analysis showed the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.
