面向动态租赁的设备修复非新建模与弹性预防维护决策

摘要: 在同一设备先后出租给不同承租商的动态租赁模式下,为了提高相应的动态预防维护灵活性和经济性,解析了租赁设备役龄递增所致正常衰退和个性冲击下随机衰退交互共存的故障发生机制,建立了面向动态租赁的双因子修复非新模型,提出阶段租赁期内基于设备状态与特定环境的弹性预防维护策略。算例分析表明,该策略能够更有效地控制设备故障、降低运营维护成本,为出租商的维护决策提供支持。

Abstract: In the dynamic leasing mode of same equipment rented out to different lessees successively,to improve the flexibility and economy of dynamic preventive maintenance,the failure mechanism was analyzed by combining the normal degeneration derive from increase of enlistment age and random degeneration derive from individualized shocks.The double-factor imperfect maintenance model oriented to dynamic environment was established,and the flexible preventive maintenance strategy based on equipment condition and specific environment within phased lease term was proposed.The numerical analysis demonstrated that the strategy was more efficient to reduce the equipment failures and to control the operation and maintenance cost of lessor,which could support its maintenance decision process.
