基于哈图算法的成型数控加工中心制造过程优化

摘要: 为实现成型数控加工中心制造过程的自动化,提出一种基于哈图算法的成型数控加工中心制造过程优化方法。鉴于成型数控加工中心单元众多、单元活动复杂、活动关系松散的特点,用传统方法很难,甚至不可能组织生产。分析研究发现,成型数控加工中心制造过程构成的模型类似一个全连接的哈图,应用哈图算法优化成型数控加工中心制造过程非常合适。哈图算法实例证明了对成型数控加工中心制造过程优化的有效性。

Abstract: To realize the automation of machining process in Forming CNC (FCNC),a new optimization method for FCNC manufacturing processes was presented based on Hamilton-Graph Algorithm (HGA).Owing to the characteristics of FCNC that were more quantities,complex motions,loose relationships among the units,the traditional methods were difficult or improbable to organize a task.Through some investigations and analyses,FCNC manufacturing process model was similar to a fully connected Hamilton-Graph.Therefore,Hamilton-Graph Algorithm (HGA) was suitable for optimize manufacturing processes.A HGA example was used to illustrate the effectiveness for manufacturing process optimization in FCNC.
