摘要: 为了解决CAD曲面模型中局部区域的编辑修改问题,提出一种基于CAD曲面模型的局部区域重构与特征化方法。该方法利用特征线作为曲面构建的基本元素,重构出具有一定精度的曲面特征形状并实现以高层参数设置为核心的曲面特征化定义。从已有的曲面模型中选取其局部区域,利用一种合适的生成方式对选取的区域进行曲面重构,并对其形状相似性进行比较,基于特征线对重构曲面进行参数化。实验结果表明,该方法能够快捷地实现自由曲面局部区域的特征化,支持用户通过少量高层参数直观地编辑修改曲面特征,是一种有效的曲面模型重构与特征化方法。

Abstract: To solve the edit modification problem of local region in CAD surface models,a reconstruction and featurization method of local region based on CAD surface models was proposed.The characteristic curves was taken as basic elements to reconstruct the shape of surface feature with certain precision and to achieve the featurization of local region with configuring high-level parameters.A- local region was selected from the existing surface model,and the selected local region was reconstructed by a suitable surface generation method from the obtained characteristic curves.The shape similarity was analyzed between the reconstructed surface and the source surface,and the reconstructed surface was parameterized based on the characteristic curves.Experimental results showed that the proposed method could quickly achieve the featurization of local region and support users to intuitively edit and modify freeform feature with a few high-level parameters.It was an effective method for reconstruction and featurization of local region in surface models.
