摘要: 在分析快速成型制造中直接切片真实边界曲线补偿方向特点的基础上,提出了一种将曲线边界转化为直线多边形进行补偿方向判定的方法,并阐述了该判定方法的几何意义。在AutoCAD环境下利用ARX开发软件,实现了真实边界中曲线补偿方向的自动识别。其优点是不需要将曲线用细小的直线段逼近,利用曲线直接确定边界补偿方向,提高了计算速度,减少了加工件微小特征的丢失。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the compensation directions for boundary curves in rapid prototyping direct slicing, a new method, which can determinate the compensation direction by converting the boundary curve to beeline polygon,is proposed. The geometric signification of the polygonal method is demonstrated. Applying the ARX software in AutoCAD environment, the automatic identification of compensation for the boundary curve is realized. By using the boundary directly to judge the compensation directions of the boundary curves, time cost decreased and the lost of characteristics of rapid prototyping is reduced.
