摘要: 针对市场流通的动态过程挖掘创新信息,提出了基于流通强度的产品创新设计策略。利用直观的流通强度曲线量化市场动态,针对完全同类产品、相似非同类产品及完全非同类产品的不同特点对流通强度曲线进行关键点分析、斜率分析或曲线对比分析,对分析结果分别采用功能分析法、物场模型分析法和发明原理等策略实现产品的创新设计。最后在课题组已有的CAIP系统基础上开发了流通强度分析模块,并通过实例验证了该方法的实用性及可行性。

Abstract: Most existing product innovative design methodologies mined innovative information from static information. Aiming at mining of innovative information from the dynamic process of market circulation, a strategy of product innovative design based on circulation intensity was proposed. Circulation intensity curve was used to quantify market dynamics intuitively, the key points, curve slope and curve comparative analysis towards the different characteristics of entirely same products, similar but non-same products and completely non-comparable products were analyzed. Then the strategy of functional analysis, substance field analysis and TRIZ inventive principles were used respectively to achieve the innovative design of the product. Finally, circulation intensity analysis module was developed based on CAIP system, the validity and practicability of the method were revealed via an example.
