摘要: 针对基于实例推理的CAPP系统中的工艺实例提取,提出了一种基于零件特性表和关键机床的工艺实例检索提取方法,阐述了应用该方法进行工艺实例检索的原理和过程,定义和构造了零件特性表,详细介绍了基于零件特性表进行工艺实例快速检索,以及基于关键机床启发信息进行工艺实例详细检索的方法。

Abstract: The process plan case retrieval is the key procedure in Case Based Reasoning (CBR) CAPP system. In order to retrieve process plan cases quickly and effectively, a case retrieval approach based on part characteristic list (PCL) and key machine tools is presented. The whole retrieval procedure is implemented though two steps. The first step retrieved the cases by use of the PCL and the optional second step is designed to get the smaller case set by use of the heuristic key machine tools information. The part characteristic list is defined, and its building method is addressed. The algorithm for each retrieval step is discussed in detail.
