面向节能减排的多级自由锻造生产调度

摘要: 针对锻造高能耗和排放的问题,提出一种面向节能减排的多级自由锻造生产调度模型。该模型以加工最大延时最小化、排放最小化以及能耗最小化为自由锻造生产调度目标,分别建立了以工时为目标的调度模型一、在工时约束下以排放为目标的调度模型二和在工时和排放约束下以能耗为目标的调度模型三,构成了在节能减排约束下的多级自由锻造生产调度模型。采用启发式算法和匈牙利法对模型一到模型三进行多级逐步求解,从而获得面向节能减排的自由锻造生产优化调度方案。通过实际算例验证了多级自由锻造生产调度模型的有效性。

Abstract: To solve the problems of the high energy consumption and emissions during the forging activities, an energy conservation-oriented multi-stage free forging production scheduling model was put forward. After comprehensively consider the minimization of processing maximum delay, emissions and energy consumption as the objectives of free forging production scheduling, a multi-stage free forging production scheduling model was proposed, which was consisted of three scheduling models with different goals, there were working hours oriented target model, working hours constraint emissions oriented target model, and working hours and emissions constraint energy consumption oriented target model, respectively. An optimal energy conservation-oriented free forging production scheduling method could be obtained by using Heuristic algorithm and Hungarian algorithm. A real-world example illustrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.
