摘要: 为了解决工业锅炉由于量多面广而不便监管、自控水平低、能耗及污染较高等问题,在分析总结工业锅炉使用现状的基础上,研究利用物联网和云计算等新技术对工业锅炉的运行状态进行远程自动监测,提出工业锅炉物联网的架构模型和云计算模型,给出了锅炉能耗、热效率等关键参数的监测和软测量方法。针对锅炉监管、测试、使用、制造和节能服务等环节,给出了对应的解决方案,为降低能耗、减少污染物排放提供了一种新思路。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of industrial boiler such as utilization scattering,inconvenient supervision,low control level for technology,serious energy waste and high pollutant emissions,the operation state and emission of industrial boiler were automatic monitored remotely by using Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing.The monitoring and soft measuring method of boiler energy consumption,thermal efficiency and other data were analyzed.The overall solution for energy saving and emission reduction of industrial boiler was put forward,and the architecture model of IoT and cloud computing model were given.The different applications of supervision institution,testing organization,user unit,manufacturing enterprise and energy saving service institution oriented to boiler were analyzed,which achieved the purpose of reducing energy consumption and reducing pollutant emissions.
