摘要: 在PDM系统集成的基础上,研究工程变更技术,将工程变更管理的全过程分为请求、评估和实施三个基本的环节。抽象出七个工程变更对象,并给出了类图描述及类之间的联系。讨论了变更对象的生命周期概念和工作流, 分析了生命周期过程中对象之间的协作与同步,并建立了同步模型。最后给出了基于PDM软件Windchill的工程变更实现实例。

Abstract: In this paper, the technology of engineering change (EC) is researched on the basis of PDM system integration. By dividing the whole EC process into three sub-processes of request, evaluation and implementation, seven basic EC objects are abstracted and formally defined through the description of class graph and classes relationship. Moreover, the lifecycle and workflow of EC objects are discussed, and the synchronization model is set up by the analysis of collaboration throughout the EC lifecycle. Finally, the EC process is implemented based on the customization of Windchill system.
