摘要: 服务型制造通过企业间的相互服务实现服务的资源整合和过程协同。由于服务类型复杂、影响因素众多,如何评价服务、整合服务、优化合成服务方案成为研究的难点。为此,根据服务型制造的属性,通过数学方法定义了服务类型、服务评价的典型参数和实际意义。分析了服务评价和参数之间的影射关系,提出了包含质量、成本、时间等量化指标的服务评价体系模型,并在此基础上建立了基于评价的服务型制造的多目标智能优化算法。最后通过一个实例对所提方法进行了验证。

Abstract: Service-based manufacturing realize service's resource integration and process collaboration through service between enterprises. Due to complex service types and many influence factors, the service evaluation, the service integration and the service scheme optimization were became research difficulties.Therefore, according to service-based manufacturing's attribute, the typical parameters and practical significance of service types and service evaluations were defined by mathematic method. The mapping relationship between service evaluation and parameters was analyzed, and service valuing system model which included quantitative indexes such as quality, cost and time was proposed. On this basis, a multi-objective intelligent optimization algorithm of service-based manufacturing based on evaluation was built. An example was presented to validate the proposed methods.
