摘要: 通过对汽车变速器装配中差速器轴承装配环节的分析,提出了一种基于模糊和比例-积分-微分联合控制的在线预紧差速器轴承和测量启动摩擦力矩的智能控制方法,并成功地研制出了差速器轴承预紧测量的自动化设备。系统在对差速器轴承进行自动装配的同时,具有在线自动测量预紧力矩和启动摩擦力矩功能,使差速器轴承得到合适的预紧。经实际生产验证,该系统成功地解决了一类在线预紧差速器轴承和测量启动摩擦力矩问题,系统具有很高的预测准确率,提高了生产效率和产品质量。

Abstract: Through the analysis of differential bearing assembly in automobile transmission, an intelligent control method of preloading differential bearing and measuring bearing start friction moment on line based on fuzzy and Proportion Integration Differentiation(PID) combined control was presented, and the automatic equipment which realized the measuring and preloading of differential bearing was developed successfully. When the system did the automated assembly for differential bearing, it had the function of measuring the preloading torque and start friction moment on line automatically, thus the suitable preloading of differential bearing was obtained. Through the actual production process, a kind of questions for preloading differential bearing and measuring bearing start friction moment on line were successfully resolved by this system. The quality and efficiency of production was improved by system's high prediction accuracy.
