摘要: 针对传统液压挖掘机工作装置在作业过程中所产生的能量损失,提出了一种油液混合动力挖掘机动臂势能回收系统,以改善挖掘机的燃油与环保性能,分析了影响动臂势能回收利用的主要设计参数,建立了挖掘机虚拟样机模型和液压系统相关元件的数学模型。基于主辅动力源出口压力差分配流量的方法,设计了油液混合动力挖掘机势能回收利用的控制策略。理论分析与仿真结果表明,具有动臂势能回收利用功能的油液混合动力挖掘机能量利用率得到明显提高,系统的操作性能基本不受影响,从而验证了所设计的系统方案和控制策略的有效性。

Abstract: Traditional hydraulic excavators have energy loss during operating process.Aiming at this problem,a recovery system for boom potential energy of hydraulic hybrid excavator was proposed to improve fuel economy as well as environmental performance of excavators. The main design parameters of boom potential energy recovery were analyzed, and the virtual prototype and the mathematic models of hydraulic components were established. Based on the approach that flow distribution was derived from the outlet differential pressure between main power sources and auxiliary, an applicable control strategy of hydraulic excavator's potential energy recycling was designed. The simulation results indicated that the energy utilization ratio of proposed excavator was improved obviously, while the operating performance was unaffected. Therefore the effectiveness of designed system scheme and control strategy was verified.
