摘要: 为进一步探索服务设计在手持移动设备中的应用,从工业设计出发,提出以用户为中心的服务设计研究方法。分析了服务设计和以用户为中心的服务设计的相关研究,提出服务提供者与服务接受者之间的服务设计模型。将服务设计分为隐性要素和显性要素,提出服务隐性要素的显性化设计模型。通过知识在分析与规划、开发设计和设计评测之间的传递与转化,建立了以用户为中心的服务设计过程模型。以M-Coupon服务设计为例,分析了服务模式;将用户包含于设计全过程,通过用户需求研究、服务功能需求分析,构建了用户角色模型和功能菜单树,完成了服务原型设计和系统详细设计,并通过设计评测验证了以用户为中心的服务设计理论体系的有效性与实用性。

Abstract: To explore the application of Service Design (SD) in handheld mobile devices,an approach of user-center SD was proposed proceed from industrial design situation.The related literatures of SD and user-center SD were introduced,and the SD model between service provider and receiver was put forward.The SD was divided into explicit factors and implicit factors,and the explicit design model of implicit service factors was present.By analyzing the knowledge transformation among analysis and planing,development design and design test,the user-center SD process model was built.To take M-Coupon SD for an example,the service model was analyzed.Users were asked to participate in the whole design process,and the user role model as well as menu tree were set up through user demand research and service function demand analysis.Thus the service prototype and system detail design were accomplished.The user-center SD theory system was verified by design test.
