摘要: 针对市场经济条件下舰船维修成本预测不确定性较大的问题,提出采用基于案例的推理方法预测舰船维修成本,并对预测中的案例检索问题进行了重点研究。针对舰船为选型装备的特点,考虑属性不等权情形,设计了一种改进的、能够准确度量舰船维修成本案例相似性的函数--加权夹角余弦函数;为提高案例检索效率,在对舰船维修成本案例库进行分类的基础上,结合舰船维修成本案例属性的模糊性特点,提出了基于分类策略和组合模糊聚类的舰船维修成本案例相似性检索方法;通过实例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the greater uncertainty problem of ship maintenance cost forecast in the market economy, the case based reasoning method was used to solve the problem of ship maintenance cost forecast, and the case retrieval technology in forecast was studied particularly. The navy ship was a kind of type selection armament and attribute weights of ship maintenance cost cases were unequal. For these features, an improved similarity function named weighted cosine distance function which was used to measure the similarities of the ship maintenance cost cases accurately was designed. To improve the efficiency of case retrieval, based on the classification of ship maintenance cost case base, a new case retrieval method for ship maintenance cost cases based on classification strategy and combinatorial fuzzy clustering was proposed by integrating the fuzziness characteristic of maintenance cost case attributes. The effectiveness of proposed method was verified by an actual example.
