摘要: 为了编制满足现代精益造船模式的要求以及船厂生产实际的船舶分段建造计划,提出一种基于虚拟制造技术的仿真优化方法。按照国内船厂生产计划的制定流程和方式构造了仿真模型,并以各分段工序的开工日期及其场地占用为优化参数,将船厂资源及其生产能力、场地条件等作为约束条件,将总工期延误率、分段延误率、场地利用率、作业量平均饱和度等作为主要评价指标,构造了仿真系统的评价模型和优化目标,实现了船舶分段建造计划的仿真和优化。为了扩大参数的可行域、增加计划的弹性,在比较重要的工序前增加虚拟节点“调整储备期”并将其作为优化参数,保证了船舶分段建造计划的可行性。

Abstract: To meet the demand of modern lean ship building mode and to draw up the ship block-building planning in practical production of shipyard, a simulation and optimization method based on virtual manufacturing technology was proposed. With this method, the simulation model was established according to current process and method of planning in domestic shipbuilding enterprises. In the simulation system and optimization model, the start date of each working procedure of ship blocks and locating of assembling fields were considered as optimization parameters, shipyard’s resources, production capacity and site conditions as constraints, and delay rates of total project, delay rated of project segments, utilization rate of assembly fields and average workload saturation as evaluation indexes to establish the evaluation model and optimization objective. Besides, the simulation and optimization of ship block-building planning was realized.To increase feasible domain of parameters and flexibility of scheduling, the virtual node “store date for planning adjusting” was added before the important procedure as optimization parameters so as to gurantee the feasibility of the ship block-building scheduling.
