摘要: 航空维修的特点给虚拟维修带来了特殊需求,这些需求是国内现有的虚拟维修系统无法满足的。为了解决这个问题,提出了一个面向航空装备的虚拟维修系统体系结构,并基于DELMIA软件进行了系统实现。系统主要由维修环境创建、维修仿真、维修性分析、评估与报告、数据管理与维护共5个功能模块组成。以某型直升机主旋翼桨叶更换为例,对系统进行了验证。

Abstract: The characteristics of aviation maintenance brought on special requirements for virtual maintenance, and those requirements couldn't be satisfied in the current domestic virtual maintenance systems. To solve the problem, a framework of aviation virtual maintenance system oriented to aviation assembly was presented. Besides, the system was implemented based on Delmia software. The system consisted of five function modules: maintenance scenario creation, maintenance simulation, maintainability analysis, evaluation and report, data management and maintenance. Taking main rotor blade replacement of a certain helicopter as an example, all functions of the system were demonstrated.
