摘要: 现有多重入制造系统调度问题的研究成果难以应用到实际调度问题的求解中,鼓—缓冲器—绳子方法科学地将投料和生产控制结合在一起,重点解决瓶颈问题,为该类系统调度研究提供了新思路。在评述鼓—缓冲器—绳子应用于多重入制造系统调度的研究动态的基础上,论述了生产线的瓶颈识别、瓶颈漂移、瓶颈饥饿及相关智能调度方法,并对该领域中存在的问题和发展方向进行了探讨。

Abstract: Existing research results couldnt satisfy the requirements of practical scheduling. Drum-Buffer-Rope (DBR) method, which combined releasing and production control to solve bottleneck problem, provided a novel way for scheduling. Based on reviewing the research trends of DBR-based re-entrant manufacturing system scheduling, bottleneck detection, bottleneck shifting, bottleneck starvation and related intelligent scheduling algorithm were illustrated. Finally, problems and future research work were discussed.
