摘要: 为实现复杂产品装配工艺过程的快速设计,通过装配结构与工艺特征分析,提出了装配连接元与装配工艺元的元信息概念,并扩展至可装配组件与工艺元组。采用面向对象技术表达装配工艺元与装配工艺元组的组成,分析了装配连接元与装配工艺元的属性规则映射。提出了一种实现装配工艺元设计的三阶段法,给出基于工艺元的装配工艺过程设计流程,有效提高了装配工艺过程设计的效率。通过分析单级齿轮减速器装配工艺设计实例,并开发了装配工艺过程设计原型系统模块,验证了所提方法的可行性。

Abstract: To realize rapid assembly process planning of complex product, concepts of assembly meta-connection and assembly meta-process, which were extended to assembly components and process tuples, were proposed based on analysis of assembly structure and process characteristics. Assembly meta-process and tuples were constructed by expressing their composition with object-oriented technology and analyzing attribute rule mapping of assembly meta-connection and assembly meta-process. To improve the efficiency of assembly process planning, a three-phase approach to implement assembly meta-process design and assembly process planning based on meta-process were presented. Validity of the proposed method was verified by the instance of assembly process design for a single-stage gear reducer and a prototype assembly process planning system module development.
