摘要: 为避免制造单元构建过程中各个环节分开孤立研究导致的问题解空间损失和工件选择单一工艺路径而引起的制造单元忙闲不均现象,利用并行工程的思想对三个环节进行了集成优化方法的研究,建立了多目标集成优化模型,并设计了基于结构化编码的自适应粒子群算法。通过仿真实验,验证了模型和算法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: To avoid loss of the solution space by solving these issues in isolation and unbalancing problems among cells due to limiting a single process route to one part, integration of the three segments was studied with the idea of concurrent engineering, and a multi-objective integrated optimization model was constructed based on minimization of logistics costs and statistical variance of cell load ratios. Accordingly, a structured real-coded particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed. Simulation experiments verified the feasibility and validity of the model and algorithm.
