摘要: 分布式虚拟制造系统必然会遇到应用环境不确定、工具集不确定的问题,为了完成各种虚拟制造任务,需要动态集成分布在Internet上的各种工具集。为此,提出了虚拟资源动态集成的概念,并将其作为分布式虚拟制造系统的实现模式。通过建立虚拟资源动态集成环境,形成“虚拟资源集市”,支持各种虚拟制造的工具集注册、动态响应、即时组合及协调运行。研究了虚拟资源的信息获取与操作、基于多代理系统的动态集成环境的协调与控制、基于STEP的模型数据转换等关键技术。给出了系统框架及实现模型,它可实现分布在Internet上的各种产品设计、分析、与仿真工具的远程协同,为分布式虚拟制造系统提供支持,满足广大中小企业对虚拟制造的需求。

Abstract: Virtual manufacturing (VM) is increasingly being used by industry enterprise. To satisfy the need for VM of small-medium enterprise, the distributed virtual manufacturing system (DVMS) is studied. DVMS can be seen as an integrated environment to support remote collaboration of the heterogeneous CAx and VR tools on the internet, a key issue is the virtual resource dynamic integration. In this paper the framework architecture of the virtual resource dynamic integration is presented. To implement the integrated environment based on the architecture, the virtual resource dynamic access, sharing, and data exchange mechanism are discussed in detail. VM toolkits registered in the integrated environment can coordinately run and dynamic response to applications.
