摘要/Abstract

摘要： 优化企业采用多视图企业模型，其中，过程视图是多视图企业模型的基础和核心，优化企业是以优化过程视图为核心，而过程视图的分析又是过程优化的关键。因此，需要分析过程的形式化定义、过程间的结构关系、依赖关系及其属性，最后，提出选择优化过程的标准及其权重比较法。

关键词: 企业建模, 过程分析, 过程选择, 权重比较法

Abstract: The enterprise optimization method adopts the multi-view enterprise model. Among the multi-view model, the process view is a core and basic view. So, the enterprise optimization is based on the optimization of the process view. Furthermore, the processes analysis is pre-required to optimize the process view. The processes analysis includes the definition of processes, the structure relations and the dependence relations between processes and the attribution of processes. At last, the criteria to choose alternative processes and the weighted-analysis method for choosing processes are put forward.
