摘要: 为满足不断变化的产品定制需求,改善产品族结构的内容及组织形式,基于发明问题解决理论及其直接进化理论,分析得到了产品族结构动态演化的依据,提出了基于定制产品数据的自适应过程,并采用增加资源包含量的技术进化模式,指导实施产品族结构的自适应过程。首先,通过零件模型聚集和零件模型浓缩的方法,将定制过程中产生的新的零件模型向产品族结构添加,增加产品族结构的有效性。然后,基于零件的使用状态信息,对产品族结构中的零件模型进行重新组合,提高了产品族结构的合理性。从功能特征层面,定义了产品族结构自适应过程启动的判定依据。最后,以纺织机械产品族结构数据为例,对上述原理和方法进行了验证,得到了与企业产品发展和规划比较一致的结果。

Abstract: In order to satisfy changes of customization requirements and to improve content and organization of product family architecture, the dynamic evolution evidence of product family architecture was obtained based on theory of inventive problem sovling(TRIZ) and its direct evolution theory. And the self-adaptive process of product family architecture was presented based on customized product data. The technical evolution mode of increasing resource volume was employed to guide the self-adaptive process of product family architecture. Firstly, through the methods of part model aggregation and part model concentration, the new part model generated from customization production process were gained and added to product family architecture to enhance the validity. Moreover, the part models of product family architecture were regrouped based on the use status information of part to improve the rationality of product family architecture. And then, from the perspective of function feature, the triggering condition of the self-adaptive process of product family architecture was defined. Finally, these principles and methods were verified by using the product family architecture of textile machine products. The result was in accordance with the product development schema of enterprise.
