摘要: 为准确、快速获得最优冲压方向,提出了基于网格的汽车覆盖件冲压方向自动生成算法。建立了以冲压方向坐标分量为变量、初始接触面积最大、拉延深度最小、拉延深度各向均匀为目标函数的数学模型。以冲压方向与网格法线夹角不大于90°为冲压方向可行的判据,确定在单位球面上的冲压方向可行域。利用遗传算法优化目标函数,在可行域内自动获得最优冲压方向。该算法已应用于汽车覆盖件的生产,验证了算法的有效性。

Abstract: To obtain optimal stamping direction accurately and rapidly, a mesh-based automatic algorithm of stamping direction for auto-panels was proposed. Mathematical model with objective functions such as taking coordinate component of stamping direction as variable, and maximization of initial contact area, minimization & uniformity for different direction of draw depth was established. Feasible region of unit-sphere was defined by standard if angle between normals and stamping direction was less than 90°. Optimal stamping direction was obtained automatically by Genetic Algorithm (GA) in the region. Validity of stamping direction was verified by good stamping quality in auto-panel(s) production.
