摘要: 为解决准时生产配送模式下拣货效率低、配送成本高的问题,提出了以工位为中心的生产物流配送思想,从而优化制造业总装车间生产物流配送。以总配送时间最小为目标函数,建立车间配送优化调度模型,采用遗传算法求解该模型。模拟算例表明,该模型有效且可行,为制造企业生产物流配送优化提供了可参考的模型和算法。

Abstract: To optimize the production logistics distribution of manufacturing assembly workshop, an idea of workstation-oriented production logistics distribution was put forward to deal with low picking efficiency and high distribution cost problems in Just-In-Time(JIT) distribution. The optimized workstation distribution scheduling model was established to minimize the total distribution time. Genetic algorithm was adopted to solve the optimization model. Finally, a simulation example model was presented to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed model. Consequently, the study offered model and algorithm references for production logistics distribution optimization in enterprises.
