摘要: 为解决实际生产过程中工位物料需求时间不确定的问题,提出基于模糊软时间窗的复杂机械装配车间配送路径优化方法。该方法以“以工位为中心”的物料配送模式为基础,考虑复杂机械装配实际生产中生产节拍波动所引起的物料需求时间变化,利用物料到达时间的模糊隶属度函数表征工位对物料到达时间的满意度。在此基础上,以工位对物料到达时间的平均满意度为约束条件,以最小化配送成本为目标,建立了带模糊软时间窗的物料配送路径优化模型,并采用动态规划和模拟退火遗传算法相结合的方法对模型进行了求解。通过实例验证了该模型的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: To solve the problem of station material requirement's time uncertainty in actual production process,an optimized method of complex mechanical assembly workshop distribution route based on fuzzy soft time windows was proposed.Based on workstation-centered production logistics distribution mode,by considering the changes of material demand time caused by takt time fluctuation in actual production of complex mechanical assembly,the membership function of material arrival time was used to characterize the station satisfaction for material arrival time.On this basis,an optimization model of material delivery path with fuzzy soft time windows was established to minimize the distribution cost with the average customer satisfaction as constraint.The method of simulated annealing genetic algorithm and dynamic programming were combined to solve the model,and the example result showed the effectiveness and feasibility of proposed method.
