摘要: 提出了在并行工程思想下柔性CAPP与生产调度集成的框架,研究了遗传算法在柔性CAPP与生产调度集成中的应用方法。使用结构化编码方式对染色体进行编码,并应用规划-资源算子进行遗传操作,通过使用重迭调度缩短了系统的流通时间。最后,算例验证了应用遗传算法的集成方法能够提高系统的全局优化和生产效率。

Abstract: The frame of integration of flexible CAPP and Production Scheduling is built based on the Current-Engineering. The applied methods of Genetic Algorithm(GA) are developed by using the structured coding and resource-plan operator. Overlapped scheduling is used for further shortening makespan. The significance of method of integration for optimization of all system is verified by the numerical example.
