摘要: 针对车用空调装配车间存在的生产作业管理信息交互性差、生产作业进度实时监控困难等问题,结合制造执行系统等先进管理思想,构建了一种车用空调装配车间集成化生产作业管理系统,建立了该系统的体系结构、功能结构和运行模式,并研究了基于遗传算法的车用空调装配车间生产作业动态调度方法,以及基于组件技术的装配线生产作业执行情况可视化动态监控等关键技术。该系统已成功应用于重庆一车用空调制造企业,取得了良好应用效果。

Abstract: To deal with the problems of low information interaction in production operation management and difficulty in real-time monitoring of production progress, combining with advanced management thoughts of manufacturing execution systems, an integrated production operation management system for assembly workshop of automotive air-conditioning was constructed, which could realize the business integration of production operation management from management stations to assembly work stations. The architecture, function structure and operation process of the system were set up, And some key techniques were studied, such as dynamic scheduling method of production operation in assembly workshop based on genetic algorithm, visible and dynamic monitoring of production progress on assembly line based on component technology, etc. The system was successfully applied in an automotive air-conditioning manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing, and satisfactory results were obtained.
